We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $500. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How can I find my correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our silhouettes often feature intricate tailoring; if you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer repairs for your artisanal pieces?
We take pride in our craftsmanship. If a garment requires repair due to a manufacturing defect within six months of purchase, please contact our concierge team for assistance.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, orders are processed immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. You may return the item once it arrives.
