Ulla Johnson accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original designer tags and packaging are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
